A new project for GWP located in the heart of this historic
and charming city. The project promises to result in a spectacular
design. Following a trip to Vienna GWP were appointed by SIGNA as Foodservice
and Laundry Consultants for the development on the the AM Hof, Vienna.
The Park Hyatt Vienna will feature 143 rooms,
including 35 suites. In addition to an all-day dining restaurant, lobby and
cigar lounges, and a hotel bar, the hotel will include a premier meeting
facility with 640m2 of conference space, a fitness centre, and spa. The
Design Team for this world-class luxury hotel, which will reflect the intimate
and understated elegance of the Park Hyatt brand, includes local
Architects Neumann & Partners and interior design firm FG Stijl from
Amsterdam
