GWP Limited were invited to submit a fee proposal with regard to the provision of Foodservice Consultancy at the new Hotel, Trafford Centre, and Manchester.  We understand the current proposal is to build a 230 bedroom hotel adjacent to Junction 9 on the M60 within the current boundaries of the Trafford Centre.

On the basis of our submission GWP were appointed by the owners and developers, Peel Leisure Developments Ltd to develop a catering programme for this prestigious hotel in Manchester Trafford Park.
