Dhaliliyah Est, a Saudi Arabian investment and development group, and Nobu Hospitality LLC have announced they have signed definitive agreements to create a new joint venture company to develop luxury Nobu Hotels and Restaurants within Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, initially targeting Riyadh.

The project involves the development of a 120 room luxury hotel in the Heart of Riyadh. The hotel is being developed in conjunction with NOBU Hospitality who will manage and operate the hotel once constructed.

GWP have been appointed specifically to the food and beverage elements of the hotel and includes both front of house operations and the supporting functions in the back of house areas.
