Garry Nokes

From 1975 to 1981 Garry worked in numerous offices of Grandmet Hotels specialising in the Design of Catering Facilities for the Industrial Division of Grandmet. In 1981 he took responsibility for the design of Specialist Catering Facilities in Saudi Arabia for the Ministry of Health. Appointed an Associate of RM Associates in 1985 Garry headed up the Foodservice Design Division. He worked on numerous projects including a number of large production kitchens featuring high technology catering.

At GWP, Garry’s projects have included the highly acclaimed Food Halls at Selfridges Manchester and Birmingham, The University of Birmingham, Nobu Restaurant in Berkeley St, and recently leads the redevelopment of the catering facilities at Trinity College Cambridge.
Garry is past Chairman (1995 -1998) of the FCSI. His work has taken him all over the world from hospitals in Canada, USA and Malta to luxury hotels in the Middle East, Africa and Europe
