Horton’s Estate Limited, a Midlands based Property Company are developing the former Grand Hotel Birmingham into a new circa 160 bed Hotel.

 The Grade 2 listed building closed in the 1990’a and the new scheme will see the creation of a terrace in the central courtyard, a hotel bar and restaurant accessed from Colmore Row, and include a standalone bar or restaurant on the corner of Church Street and Barwick Street,

GWP have been appointed to design and develop the catering services for this most prestigious project.
