Capital One consolidated their existing operation  in Nottingham into the wholly owned Trent Building by Nottingham rail station.

The consolidation saw the amalgamation of staff and services from both the Loxley and Trent buildings.

The Trent building underwent a complete refurbishment which provides provision for employee levels between 1200 and 1550.

GWP were responsible for a full review of the operation with the aim of developing a modern service attractive to all the staff.
