Corinthia Hotel Group are developing a 5 Star+ 280 room and residences flagship London Hotel in the Metropole Building on Northumberland Avenue to open in 2010.

The configuration of the building and the front of house requirements create complex design issues to be resolved.

The new Hotel will have a specialist 180 cover Feature Restaurant, Destination Bar, Lobby Lounge, Tea Service together with specialist banqueting facilities. GWP working with the client, Seiferts Architects and GA Design are responding to the design challenges set by this unique building.
