NOBU

Creating a second restaurant to compete with the enormously successful Nobu was considered brave, yet the success of the second London operation in Berkeley Street has more than justified the decision taken by Nobu and his development team.
 
The whole operation is set out over 2 floors with a bar at ground level and restaurant on the first floor including a sushi bar. In total the facility offers 250 seats.
 
The interior design undertaken by iconic designer David Collins breaks the mould for Nobu, bringing together ideas and materials not previously seen in Nobu restaurants.
 
GWP worked closely with Executive Chef, Mark Edwards, to ensure the kitchen, sushi bar and cocktail bar were functional.
 
We also had the opportunity to introduce a wood oven in the small cooking area adjacent to the sushi bar and the first properly designed Hibatchi table in the UK.
