Appointed by the University Estates Team, GWP designed the first Central Production Kitchen for chilled food in the University sector.
 
The CPU kitchen has reduced 15 seperate kitchens to one and now produce anything from fine dining to take away pizzas.
 
The operation goes from strength to strength and is now proving to be a Centre of Excellence under the guidance of Executive Chef, Mark Houghton.
