GWP were appointed to carry out a study of the back of house areas that will be refurbished as the hotel develops.
 
We are now in the process of carrying out strategic refurbishments of the main kitchen areas, working closely with Executive Chef, Martyn Nail; we have replaced the ware wash system and the hot kitchen including a full induction cooking range, the first of this scale in London.
 
These works needed to be carefully phased so that the hotel could continue to function, offering the same level and quality of service during the works.
 
We are continuing to work with Martyn and his team upgrading and replacing all aspects of the kitchen areas.
