The Berkeley
GWP were a part of the original team appointed to look at the whole hotel operation and develop proposals for increasing capacity and redeveloping the Food & Beverage operations.
Planning was granted to turn this already classical hotel into one of London's finest. The design team, lead by Rogers Stark Harbour looked carefully into sympathetic refurbishment. The hotel, like others in the group, operates with an independent restaurant. At The Berkeley, 2 Star Michelin Chef Marcus Wareing has created "Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley".
Our work concentrated on the successful banqueting operation that is supported from a main kitchen that also produces for Room Service, The Bleu Bar and Caramel Room.
