L'Atelier by Joël Robuchon

Hani Nakash, owner of this famous restaurant in the heart of London was responsible for bringing Joël Robuchon to the capital; Mr Nakash appointed a blend of international and local designers to his team including GWP.
 
The London operation, like so many in the capital, operates over several floors. Once again GWP needed to be innovative in finding technical solutions to the complex operational issues resulting from split level operations.
 
In London, Joël Robuchon wanted his already successful concept L'Atelier on the ground floor. This concept provides counter seating around the hot kitchen and creates unique views and atmosphere for diners.
 
The first floor operation, La Cuisine, works in the opposite way by creating a number of open kitchen operations and central seating arrangements where guests have the sense of dining within the kitchen.
