Ping Pong's arrival in London brought a refreshing new concept of relaxed yet quality Dim Sum dining.

 

GWP developed the first West End restaurant with Kurt Zdesar. It was a very exciting, intuitive process, developing a design from a concept and menu list with the full knowledge that this first restaurant was to pre-empt a full London roll out.

 

The concept relies on the fresh production of Dim Sum on the premises and dining in a vibrant communal atmosphere.
