An exciting project in conjunction with The Manhattan Loft Corporation Andre Balazs. The operation close to London’s Baker Street has opened and become an immediate destination restaurant. The restaurant is designed around a completely open kitchen that includes a purpose built live fuel grill.

Amesta Restaurant is located within The Halkin Hotel that we first designed 10 years ago for Como Holdings. Amesta is a one star Basque restaurant operated with Arzak instruction. Originating from San Sebastian in Spain the culinary team is headed by Elena Arzak who has been voted as the best female chef in the world.

Como Holdings did not hesitate to appoint GWP again to undertake this dramatic refurbishment adapting the kitchen design from the original Thai inspired cuisine to the very different demands of western high quality production.

This famous landmark of a hotel was recently re-opened to include restaurants run by the Michelin Starred Galvin Brothers. The ground floor is a Brasserie operation with centre bar and oyster station, whilst on the mezzanine level Jeff Galvin has re-invented the famous Pompadour Restaurant. The restaurant serves the very finest local ingredients with French flair and detail enjoying the very best view in Edinburgh.

GWP were appointed by Developers PDL, Knightsbridge to work with the International Design Team responsible for putting together this exclusive hotel. Situated in Knightsbridge, London as one might expect the hotel offers guests the ultimate luxury experience. Our brief was to work closely with the management and F & B team based at the Bulgari in Milan establishing the operational methodology for the new London venue.

‘The Jewel in the Crown’ – This iconic building opened in 2014 As normal with the prestigious Hyatt brand, the foodservice operation takes centre stage, literally. The show kitchen for the single restaurant operation sits in an elevated position on view to the whole dining room.

Designs for our first African adventure with Hilton, where guests are invited to sample a broad offer in one of the five restaurants including Namibian specialities, great seafood and speciality cocktails.

This is a new venture for NOBU, following the successful opening of their first Hotel in Las Vegas as a part of the Caesars Palace estate. The Riyadh operation is to be a boutique style hotel – thought to be the first boutique operation in the Kingdom. As you might expect, Food & Beverage plays an important part of the hotel operation, including a full NOBU restaurant and funky All Day Dining offer. Banqueting is also a major design element in this property all serviced from two major kitchen installations.

Our first project with Marriott in the rapidly developing heart of Africa. The Marriott waterfront will be amongst the first batch of hotels currently under construction in Lagos. We have been a part of a fully international design team. Supported by an enthusiastic owner/developer with a passion for foodservice the hotel will offer a wide choice of venues and menus suitable for the International business traveller.

The development on the Jordanian Coast will eventually include 3 major hotels a Golf Course and newly created Village Centre. All of these facilities will be designed to look after inhabitants and guests of the new 2,000 homes that will be constructed as a part of the development.
