The latest operation to open in London’s Mayfair in November 2018. The open kitchen offering a unique dining experience with live fuel of wood and charcoal cooking directly in the dining area. GWP were engaged by Como Holdings to transfer what was the Met Bar into London’s latest high-end dining experience. We worked with Executive Chef, Richard Turner (Hawksmoor) and Head Chef, Coling McSherry to create a fully on show kitchen operation.
